I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and looked amazing; however, they could get hot in the morning due to the large glass windows letting in the sun. The service was exceptional, with the staff being super helpful and always accommodating. The location was convenient, near various dining establishments and tourist spots. The dining experience was nice but could improve on temperature consistency. Overall, a good value for the money.

The service was top-notch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests, even organizing a surprise birthday celebration. The housekeeping was attentive to details.

The hotel's location in the center of San Juan was very good, close to dining establishments and most tourist spots. It was ideal for exploring the area and enjoying nearby bars and restaurants. However, the downside was the lack of beach access, which could be compensated by visiting the neighboring beach resorts.
